Decisions of the Board of Directors of the National Commission for Financial Markets - May 27, 2022

At the extraordinary meeting of May 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of the National Commission for Financial Markets (NCFM), according to the mission and tasks conferred by the law, approved decisions related to the non-banking financial market:

I. Authorization

• Approval of the state registration of „ASTERRA GRUP” JSC statue in new wording (approved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of 08.04.2022);
• Renewal of the "INTACT ASIGURARI GENERALE" JSC license of 30.06.2017 for an unlimited period, for the right to carry out activity in the field of insurance (general insurance), by substituting the annex to the license with the adding of the following classes and types of insurance:
  • Class 4 "Insurance of railway vehicles" with Conditions for insuring the means of railway transport;
  • Class 5 "Aircraft insurance" with Special conditions for insuring aircraft;
  • Class 11 "Aviation liability insurance" with Conditions of liability insurance of air operators and aircraft operators;
  • Class 11 "Aviation liability insurance" with Special conditions for liability insurance of aerodrome services and operators;
  • Class 13 "General liability insurance" with Conditions of optional liability insurance of the owners of railway transport;
  • Class 13 "General liability insurance" with Conditions for optional insurance of construction-assembly works;
  • Class 16 "Financial loss insurance" with Financial risk insurance conditions;

Class 16 "Financial loss insurance" with Conditions of comprehensive insurance of banks and other financial institutions.
