Management

National Commission of Financial Market is managed by the Administrative Council which is a collegial body composed of 5 members appointed by the Parliament.

Biography record

Born on 21 November, 1956 in the Sîngerei town.
He has graduated Polytechnic Institute in Chisinau, Faculty of Economy, major in engineer-economist. He started his activity in the Institute of Information of the Planning Committee as a scientific assistant (1978-1982).
From 1982 to 2002 has worked in the Information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova.
During 2002-2004 has worked in the Department of Privatization as Vice General Director and Acting General Director.
During 2004-2005 has worked in the Information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova as Head of Director Apparatus.
During 2005-2007 has worked in the Court of Accounts as member of the Court of Accounts.
On July 20, 2007, by the Parliament Decision, was appointed to the position of Chairman of the National Commission of Financial Market.

Born on 12 December, 1973 in Chirileni village, Ungheni rayon.
Graduate of:
• Industrial-Economic Technical School of Chisinau, major in planning of industrial companies (1991);
• Academy of Economic Studies of the Republic of Moldova, diploma, major in economist-accountant (1997);
• State University of Moldova, graduate in law, major in constitutional and administrative law (2005);
• Academy of Public Administration, affiliated to the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, Master in Law, major in constitutional and administrative law (2006);

Professional improvement courses:
- in the field of financial-fiscal “The National System of Accounting and the fiscal reform in the Republic of Moldova” (1998);
- in the field of “Management of Financial Control” (2003); -in the field of “Internal Audit”(2005); -in the field of “General Management” (2006);

She started her activity in the Municipal College of Medicine from Chisinau as accountant (1991-1997).
From 1997 to 2001 has worked in the Department of Financial Control and Revision under the Ministry of Finance in the position of controller-reviser and superior controller-reviser
During 2001 -2007 she activated at the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova in the position of state controller and superior state controller.
On 20 July 2007, by the Parliament Decision, she was appointed to the position of Vice-chairman of the Administrative Council of the National Commission of Financial Market.
